To ensure maximum suction performance, equipment safety, motor durability, and warranty validity, we recommend the following daily care:

1. Empty the suction bag/filter daily

• The bag cannot be vacuumed.
• The bag is not washable; it should only be emptied.
• The reservoir where the bag is inserted should be checked daily. If there is dust inside the reservoir (outside the bag), the bag must be immediately replaced with a new one.
• Dust remaining in the reservoir can cause fine particles to escape into the internal motor, compromising performance and equipment safety.

2. Daily cleaning of the pen hole (bit/carbide fitting)

• The threaded piece provided with the instruction manual must be used daily.
• This cleaning is mandatory after daily use.
• The internal channel must not be blocked by dust residues.
• Failure to clean may cause:

  • Difficulty securing the bits;

  • Premature bearing wear;

  • Damage to the pen’s internal system.

3. Replacement of the suction bag/filter

• Every 16 maintenance services (maximum 20, depending on the volume and size of the nails worked on);
• Whenever dust leaks into the reservoir;
• Whenever suction capacity decreases.

Failure to replace the bag/filter within the recommended interval allows fine particles to enter the suction motor, potentially causing overheating, internal wear, and irreversible damage.
