Order delivery to the user can be made in the following ways, according to your choice at the time of purchase:

1) In-Store Pickup, allowing you to collect your order on the next business day after purchase, at no additional cost, requiring only an identification document (identity card, citizen card, driver’s license, passport…)

2) Via CTT Standard or Express:

a) CTT Standard: delivery will be made to the address provided by the user within 2 to 3 business days after the purchase date and payment confirmation (except for cash on delivery shipments, which will be delivered 2 to 3 business days after the order);

b) CTT Express: within a maximum of 24 hours after the purchase date and payment confirmation (except for cash on delivery shipments, which will be delivered within 24 hours after the order). The order will be delivered directly to the address provided by the user.

If the user is unable to be present, they will receive a postal notice from CTT to pick up the order. It is very important to do so within 10 business days. After this period, CTT will start the return process, in which Urban Design Care cannot intervene.

To collect your order, the user needs to bring:

The CTT notice. If you have lost it or are unaware of it, you can call 21 047 16 16 (call to the national landline network) to receive the reference for your order.

An identification document: identity card, citizen card, driver’s license, passport…
