For every €1 spent, you will receive 1 Urban point. You can accumulate your points and use them whenever you want.
Points will only be accumulated if you make the purchase through your customer account. Make sure, before completing the order, that you have logged in with your user details.
€3 discount = 75 Points
€5 discount = 125 Points
€10 discount = 250 Points
€20 discount = 500 Points
€30 discount = 750 Points
These points can also be exchanged for free products, which are renewed monthly. This means that every month, you will have new opportunities to redeem amazing products at no cost.
If you want to use your points on a specific purchase, click the icon in the lower right corner of the screen, select the discount or product you want, and a coupon will be created that will be deducted from the final amount.
Note: To use your URBAN points, you must make a purchase over €30. Accumulated points are valid for 365 days.
