Deliveries

 

The delivery of orders to the user can be made in the following ways, according to their choice at the time of purchase:

1) In-store Pickup, allowing you to collect your order on the next business day after purchase, at no additional cost, requiring only an identification document (identity card, citizen card, driver's license, passport…)

2) Express Shipping:

DPD or CTT Express: within a maximum of 5 days after the purchase date and the respective payment confirmation. The order will be delivered directly to the address provided by the user.

If the user is unable to be present, they will receive a postal notice from CTT to pick up the order. It is very important to do so within 10 business days. After this period, CTT will start the return process in which Urban Design Care cannot intervene.
