At Urban Design Care, we want your shopping experience to be as simple and convenient as possible. That’s why we offer the option to pay in 3 interest-free installments through Klarna. This solution allows you to split the value of your purchase into three equal monthly payments, with no additional costs.
How does it work?
- First installment: paid at the time your order is confirmed.
- Second installment: automatically debited 30 days after purchase.
- Third installment: debited 60 days after purchase.
Payments are processed automatically on the debit or credit card you provide at checkout. You can track the entire process through the Klarna app or the official website.
Who can use it?
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid debit or credit card.
- Provide accurate information, including full name, billing address, and date of birth.
Klarna performs a quick assessment based on the information provided, without negatively impacting your credit history.
Tips for approval
- Make sure the billing address matches the address associated with your card.
- Use your full name and updated information.
- Avoid having pending payments with Klarna before making a new purchase.
What happens if you cannot pay on time?
Klarna will attempt to debit the outstanding amount again two days after the scheduled date. If the payment remains outstanding, an invoice for the total amount due will be issued, to be paid within 15 days. Although no interest or additional fees are charged, non-payment may affect your ability to use Klarna for future purchases.
What if you return or cancel the order?
As soon as Urban Design Care confirms the return or cancellation, Klarna will cancel any future payments and refund the amounts already paid. This update will be reflected immediately in your Klarna account.
