The General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with sales made through the website www.urbandesigncare.pt, describing the steps required to place the order and follow up. Orders will be shipped to Mainland Portugal and the Islands (Azores and Madeira). These conditions refer exclusively to professionals in the field, of legal age and with legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Urban Design Care can adapt or modify its general sales conditions at any time, being applied to each order, the conditions that are in force on the day the order is placed by the User. In the case of omission, the legislation in force regarding distance selling is applicable and, failing that, the customs and practices in force in that sector of activity.
The present conditions aim to define the general conditions of sale between Urban Design Care and the User from the moment of purchase until the delivery of the products related to that same purchase
Whenever making a purchase, the User must provide all the personal data necessary to register and send his purchase, filling out all the mandatory fields for that purpose. The User can make his purchase online by phone or in person, indicating the references of the articles or selecting (website) the desired articles through the categories existing on the website.
Purchased items are subject to the limit of available stocks.
The availability information of the articles is presented at the time of ordering. In the event the item becomes unavailable between the time of order confirmation and the time of final validation, Urban Design Care undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible, by email or by phone and to refund the amount eventually paid for at the same.
For purchases made through our online store the final validation of the purchase is made by the user on our website, at the time of finalizing the purchase.
After the computer registration of your purchase, a copy of Purchases will be sent to your email.
To make his Purchase, the User must confirm the general conditions of sale and the prices of the articles and express his acceptance.
The value of the purchase is increased by the value of the shipment, according to the respective weight of the same and the option selected in the shipping methods.
If the value of your order is more than 200 Euros, the shipping costs are supported by Urban Design Care.
Right of Free Resolution
The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason.
The period for exercising the right of free withdrawal expires 14 days from the day following the day on which you purchase or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, or, in the case of an order with several goods, the next day on which you purchase or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last item.

For the free resolution period to be respected, it is enough that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period.
Effects of free resolution:
In the event of termination of this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of extra costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping method offered by us) ), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract.
We make these refunds using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by you; in any case, it does not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. We can withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the free termination of the contract. It is considered that the deadline is respected if the goods are returned before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
It is only responsible for the depreciation of assets resulting from manipulation that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the assets.
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, our distribution company will return them to our warehouse.
For all steps of accessing the Urban Design Care website from the purchase process to the delivery and subsequent services, Urban Design Care has an obligation of means. Urban Design Care declines any responsibility for the inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular a service disruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any case of force majeure so classified by the jurisprudence of the courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The articles sold are described and presented on the website as accurately as possible. In the event that the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the User will have the right to terminate the contract as described. Whenever an abnormal situation is identified, it will be immediately corrected.
Urban Design Care reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, offers and promotions, commercial conditions and services on the website.
