Delivery of orders to the user can be carried out in the following ways, according to your choice at the time of purchase:
1) Pick up at the Store, being able to pick up your order on the business day following the purchase, without any added cost, requiring only an identification document (identity card, citizen card, driving license, passport …)
2) Via CTT Normal or Express:
a) Normal CTT: delivery will be made, at the address indicated by the user, within a period that may vary between 2 to 3 business days, after the date of purchase and respective payment confirmation and confirmation (except for shipments to collection whose delivery will be carried out 2 to 3 business days after ordering);
b) CTT Expresso: within a maximum period of 24 hours after the date of purchase and respective payment confirmation and confirmation (except for collection orders whose delivery will be carried out within 24 hours after ordering). The order will be delivered directly to the address indicated by the user.
In the event that the User is unable to be present, he / she will receive a postal money order from CTT to collect it. It is very important that you do this within 10 working days. After this period, CTT initiates the return process in which Urban Design Care cannot intervene.
In order to pick up your order the user needs to bring:
CTT’s warning. If you have lost it or do not know it, you can call 707 707 020 and you will be given the reference of the respective order.
